Kingdom Holdings Holds Equipment Technician Management Conference

On March 9, 2024, Kingdom Holdings Limited held an Equipment Technician Management Conference at Haili New Century Grand Hotel. The participants included management personnel and equipment technicians from the headquarters and subsidiaries, totaling 154 people.
At the meeting, the office first conducted a corporate culture presentation, and two outstanding equipment managers shared their work experiences and practices. The finance department conducted a detailed comparative analysis of equipment cost data from 2021 to 2023, providing data support and guidance for future equipment cost management; the Equipment Support Department summarized the equipment inspection situation for 2023; the Human Resources Department shared the inventory and competency level review of equipment technicians, and proposed directions and strategies for optimizing and enhancing the technician team in the future. Then, the office used this conference to promote the equipment requisition system.
Finally, Ren Weiming, Chairman of the Board of Kingdom Holdings, delivered an important speech at the meeting. He stated that as one of the world’s largest linen yarn manufacturers, Kingdom will always center its activities around the vision of “Kingdom Innovation, Leading the Future,” striving to be at the forefront of spinning technology globally and become a model of sustainable development. He emphasized that the company would adhere to the business policy of “pursuit of excellence,” spinning good quality yarn and yarn for the future.
Chairman Ren proposed that the company will focus on improving the quality and capabilities of equipment technicians and comprehensively enhancing the quality of equipment maintenance. He also pointed out that the ERP system is an important tool for implementing digitalization, standardization, and process-oriented operations within the company. Equipment technicians must ensure the compliance of maintenance work orders, and the company will continue to advance the integration of ERP management systems with process management. Finally, he hoped that everyone would remember the company’s mission and uphold the core values of “responsibility, sincerity, harmony, and mutual success,” continue to promote the company spirit of ” Never give up, Never be tired, Self-improvement and Strive for distinction” and create a successful future for the team, company, industry, and the whole society.
