On 25^th July, 2021 Kingdom Semi-annual Working Conference and 33th General Manager Office Meeting was held in InterContinental Suzhou along Jinji Lake. The conference summarized the production and operation in the first half of the year. 70 senior and middle managers attended.

At the conference, Human Resource Department debriefed semi-annual performance review of the whole company. Later, chairman of the board, Mr. Ren Weiming, made a comprehensive summary of the work for the first half of the year. He shared the milestones of some key projects, analyzed current shortcomings for high quality development and made a new vision for the direction in the future. In the end, he highlighted that employees obey the core value of Kingdom for responsibility, sincerity, harmony and win-win, carry forward Kingdom spirit – Never give up, Never be tired, Self-improvement and Strive for distinction. Kingdom will keep pushing forward the work in the second half of the year steadily and orderly. Through our mutual effort, a better tomorrow shall be created for Kingdom and Kingdomers.

The monthly working summaries were also included. Relevant people in charge from Production Support Department and Equipment Support Department presented the second-quarter specific check reports respectively. People from sub companies, Equipment Support Department and HR Department also made the June report. During the meeting, participants watched Xinjiang Organic flax promotional video and a film on good examples of wet spinning maintenance. The flax scenery in Xinjiang and company’s recent development were visually represented.
