On July 24th, the 2023 mid-year work conference of KINGDOM Holdings was held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Harbin. A total of 79 mid and senior-level management personnel attended the conference.

At the meeting, the Human Resources Department first conducted a mid-year performance review, then each subsidiary and department presented their mid-year work reports, and the Production Support Department and Equipment Support Department shared their special project work. Subsequently, Ren Weiming, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of KINGDOM Holdings, delivered a speech. Focusing on four aspects – organizational innovation, product innovation, technological innovation, and method innovation, he shared the power of innovation with everyone and discussed the important strategic significance of innovation in corporate development.
