On the morning of February 19, the 2022 Annual Working and Outstanding Employee Commendation Conference of Kingdom Holdings was held in Marriott Jiaxing, which was attended by 136 managers and employee representatives from the Head Office and domestic subsidiaries. Mr. Ren Weiming, Chairman of Kingdom Holdings, made a speech at the Conference on the work of Kingdom Holdings Limited in 2022.

Outstanding teams, managers and employees in 2021 were commended at the Conference, and awards such as the 2021 Management Innovation Award and Minor Reform Award were also granted. Mr. Ren Weiming presented the awards to the representatives of the award-winning employees.

Looking back and summarizing the operation of the Company in 2021, Mr. Ren Weiming said, during the year, the Company focused on the guideline of “pursuing innovation, embracing changes, consolidating foundations, and comprehensively implementing brand strategy”, actively responded to the impact of Covid-19 and a number of challenges in a complex external environment, and successfully completed all fixed tasks and goals. In 2021, the Group’s major operating indicators grew steadily, with its revenue reaching a record high, its leading position in the main business further consolidated, comprehensive strength, brand value and core competitiveness further enhanced, production management and product quality improved to the best in history, making a good start for the “14th Five-Year Plan”.

For Kingdom Holdings, the year of 2022 is a key year for its globalization of production distribution and also the crucial year for its management to reach a new level. Mr. Ren Weiming listed major operating indicators and deployed main tasks and measures of the Company in 2022, including: 1. Focusing on implementing the priority strategy from a higher perspective; 2. Focusing on promoting the brand strategy with greater efforts; 3. Focusing on the management to improve quality and efficiency with more accurate measures; 4. Focusing on improving the talent strategy with more practical measures; and 5. Focusing on the sustainable development strategy at a deeper level. We should achieve comprehensive standard management, process management optimization, lean site management and constant employee development under the operating philosophy of “pursuing excellence”.

Mr. Ren Weiming ended his speech by stressing that all of the Company’s activities should be closely related to the policy of “pursuing excellence”.
