KINGDOM Holdings’ 2024 Annual Work Conference and Advanced Commendation Conference were held on January 30th, 2024, at the Jiaxing Marriott Hotel. The meeting was attended by 148 management personnel from the holding headquarters and various domestic subsidiaries. During the conference, Ren Weiming, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of KINGDOM Holdings, delivered a speech about the work of KINGDOM Holdings Limited for 2024.

The conference recognized outstanding teams, managers, and employees of 2023. Awards were presented for production management, management innovation groups and individuals, technical innovation, minor improvements and reforms, as well as rationalization suggestions. Chairman Ren Weiming personally awarded the employees and teams.

Representatives from the Marketing Center, KINGDOM T-Sun (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and the heads of five spinning subsidiaries made commitment speeches for 2024.

Chairman Ren Weiming reviewed and summarized the company’s work in 2023. Under the group’s strategic goal of “implementing the transformation of the KINGDOM Enterprise Management System to achieve KINGDOM’s strategic global development,” the company made significant progress in enhancing spinning technology, implementing brand strategy, executing standardized management, promoting digital construction, reserving excellent talents, and advocating social responsibility. The concerted efforts of all employees led to the successful completion of various KPI targets set by the company, steady growth in the main business indicators of the group, and record-high sales performance.

2024 is a key year for KINGDOM’s digital transformation to promote lean production and the opening year for KINGDOM’s globalization layout to aid sustainable development. Chairman Ren Weiming proposed the main business targets for the company in 2024 and deployed related work and measures: 1. Globalization layout, dancing to a new future; 2. Digital transformation, seeking new development; 3. Standardized management, shaping a new model; 4. Lean operations, building new glory; 5. Integration of corporate culture, promoting new values. The company will be guided by “focusing on economic benefits, comprehensively enhancing core competitiveness, and fully implementing digital management and process standardization to support sustainable development”, to drive various tasks. Continuing with the goal of “spinning a good yarn, spinning a yarn for the future,” the company will focus on technological innovation and the implementation and perfection of standards, striving to become a benchmark in the linen industry.
